It all comes down to the brief. Really think about your brief and consider all aspects of it.

If the brief is not clear, the communication from building architect to the main contractor and associated trades will be compromised. Over the next few pages, we will ask you a number of questions.

Some more personal than others. these are vital in getting to know you and your requirements for the project. often, this is just the start of a long relationship, as most projects take 1 to 2 (sometimes 3) years of hard work, where we talk at least once a week. because of this constant communication, we have formed close friendships with many of our clients.
